What type of hooks do you use?

-I use 925 Sterling Silver Hypoallergenic hooks that are nickel and lead free! They are strong but also made to bend easily to fit to your personal preference in your ear :)

Do you ship internationally?

-I ship to the US, Canada, the UK currently and I’m still working on expanding again once the pandemic eases up, international orders can take up to a few weeks since I’m in the US!

When did you start this Etsy?

-I launched my Etsy at the end of November, 2019!

How long does shipping usually take?

-It depends on your location but usually only 3-4 days unless there are delays, I drop packages off at the post office every other day.. If you are international.. it can take a few weeks!

If there is an issue with my order, what do I do?

-Unfortunately handmade items can be more fragile and unpredictable and/or shipping issues out of my control can happen. If USPS damaged your package, you can file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

For any other issue, just shoot me a message and we will work together on the correct resolution! :)

Do you do clip ons? Hoops for stretched ears?

Yes! Just let me know on the notes on the order please and I can switch out the hooks for clip ons or hoops, only stud earrings cannot be changed :)

I entered my address wrong or my order says delivered but was not received, what do I do?

-Tracking numbers are always provided. Please try to make sure that your address is correct before placing an order. I hate it because I know that it's a simple mistake but it is out of my control once it is shipped. :( If it has not been shipped, just let me know and I will update it!

-Due to the unfortunate nature of package theft and other issues beyond my control, I can no longer replace/refund orders if the tracking reads, 'delivered' but the package is not received. Packages do sometimes get marked as delivered prior to actual delivery, waiting a couple of days usually gives it some time to show up. I know this is frustrating, thank you for your patience!

I saw something that I really liked on your instagram but it’s sold out, will you restock?

-I restock as much and as quickly as possible but not all items can be restocked unfortunately depending on the materiel availability- most of my bigger resin pairs are one of a kind as I use different flowers, pigments, etc. If it’s been a while since you’ve seen an item restoked, pls feel free to msg me and I can try to let you know more about a specific item!

What time are your daily shop updates? How do I get free shipping?

-My daily shop update time is 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time)

-All orders over $35 get free shipping! :)

Do you take custom requests or commissions?

-I unfortunately do not, I wish that I could but I am just too busy keeping up with my daily orders, my chronic illness, and life in general but I do really appreciate you thinking of me- thank you so much! :)
